Rev. Dr. Donald R. Hogg
Pastor/Head of Staff
Dr. Hogg completed his B.A. Degree at Houston Baptist University and his Master of Divinity Degree at Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Following completion of his Master’s degree, Don was ordained on October 31, 1982. He acquired his Doctor of Ministry Degree from Dubuque Theological Seminary in Dubuque, Iowa in 1990. In 1997 Don became pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Fort Worth.

Sheri Meston
Office Administrator
Sheri has primarily been working in the non-profit sector for the past 25 years; the majority of that time in church office management and administration, as well as 5 years in hospice and palliative care. She has also studied photography and web design. Sheri and her husband enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren, as well as camping, traveling, photography and hiking.

Samantha Logsdon
Interim Director of Music
Samantha has taught, worked with, and lead different vocal and instrumental groups of all types, age ranges, and skill levels in the metroplex since 2007. She has studied various styles of music, including opera, jazz, gospel, and sacred music. While music is their favorite hobby, and what brought them together, Samantha and her husband also enjoy several other pastimes, including cooking, hiking, crocheting, technology, and spending as much of their free time with their son as is possible.

Kathy Moriarty
Organist
Kathy Moriarty has served Westminster as church organist since 1974. A native of Kilgore, Texas, Ms. Moriarty is a graduate of Baylor University with a degree in organ and music education. She is a past president of Church Women United.

Larry Bartlett
Church Treasurer
Larry and Debbie have been married for 45 years and have been members of Westminster since 2004. Larry served as an Army officer, owned his own business in El Paso, Texas, and taught history at Texas Christian University. He’s still trying to decide what he wants to do when he grows up.

Rose Wynne
Early Learning Place (ELP) Director
Rose serves as the director of our Early Learning Place Preschool. She graduated from UTEP with Honors and a Degree in Speech, Hearing and Language Disorders. Rose also has a Lifetime Teaching Certificate and is Certified in Early Childhood Education. She is married to Pete Wynne, who is employeed by Lockheed-Martin and they have two children named Kara and Patrick.
